Job Purpose
The primary purpose of this role is to support store management in maintaining smooth daily operations while delivering exceptional customer service. The successful candidate will ensure all store policies, procedures, and brand standards are upheld to create an outstanding shopping experience that reflects the Adidas brand.
Key Duties and Responsibilities
- Provide every customer with the highest standard of Adidas service, ensuring a positive and memorable shopping experience.
- Assist customers with product selection, offering technical information and recommendations to meet their needs and maximize sales.
- Complete sales transactions accurately and efficiently, including handling cash, card, and check payments in line with company policies.
- Support product flow between the stockroom and sales floor, ensuring shelves are replenished and displays remain attractive and organized.
- Assist in merchandise ticketing and verify received items against delivery paperwork to maintain inventory accuracy.
- Maintain store security and asset protection by adhering to all procedures aimed at preventing loss or shrinkage.
- Participate in creating and maintaining visually appealing product displays, following direction from management or company guidelines.
- Gain proficiency in the Point-of-Sale (POS) system, ensuring transactions are processed correctly and policies are strictly followed.
- Use effective selling techniques such as upselling and cross-selling to meet or exceed individual and store sales targets.
- Greet and engage customers in a friendly, professional manner. During high-traffic periods, serve as a Greeter at the store entrance to enhance customer flow.
- Maintain cleanliness and housekeeping standards throughout the store to ensure a welcoming and safe environment for customers and staff.
- Support the safekeeping of company assets by complying with all operational and security procedures.

Education and Experience
