SASSA Internship Programme — Various Fields (2025–2027)

The South African Social Security Agency (SASSA) is inviting applications from unemployed graduates to join its internship programme across multiple fields. The deadline for applications is 17 October 2025. Applicants selected will receive a monthly stipend of R7,860.50.

Available Internship Posts & Qualifications

1. Disability Management / Operations Management (1 post) — Ref: SAS NC 25/09/01
   Minimum qualification: National Diploma or 3-year degree recognized by SAQA in Public Management, Public Administration, Social Sciences, or a related field.
2. Human Capital Management (1 post) — Ref: SAS NC 25/09/02
   Minimum qualification: National Diploma or 3-year degree recognized by SAQA in Human Resources Management, Public Management, or related discipline.
3. Supply Chain Management (1 post) — Ref: SAS NC 25/09/03
   Minimum qualification: National Diploma or 3-year degree recognized by SAQA, majoring in finance (with financial accounting), purchasing, logistics or economics (or equivalent).
4. Frances Baard District – Jan Kempdorp Local Office (1 post) — Ref: SAS NC 25/09/04
   Minimum qualification: National Diploma or 3-year degree recognized by SAQA in Public Management, Public Administration, Social Services, or related area.
5. Namakwa District – Supply Chain Management (1 post) — Ref: SAS NC 25/09/05
   Minimum qualification: National Diploma or 3-year degree recognized by SAQA, with majors in finance (with financial accounting), purchasing, logistics, economics, or a similar field.

All applicants must:

• Be between the ages of 18 and 35
• Be South African citizens
