Learnership Requirements
To qualify, applicants must meet the following criteria:
- Must be a South African citizen aged 18–35 years.
- Have a Grade 12 certificate or equivalent qualification (communication and maths literacy at NQF Level 2).
- Currently unemployed and not enrolled in any other study programme.
- Willing to commit to the 12-month training programme.
- Able to attend both classroom sessions and in-store practical training.
- Successfully complete a pre-assessment process (if required).
- Demonstrate the following skills and attributes:
- Strong customer service orientation.
- Excellent communication skills (verbal and written).
- High level of attention to detail.
- Ability to work well in a team and show accountability.
- Basic numeracy and literacy skills.
- A passion for retail and fashion.
