What You’ll Do
- Chat with customers via Live Chat and Email.
- Help users navigate our website and online games.
- Offer a friendly, tailored experience to build brand loyalty.
- Report technical issues to the right team quickly.
- Welcome new users and explain how to get started.
- Work with other departments to resolve queries fast.
- Switch smoothly between different systems and websites.
- Meet performance goals and follow KPIs.
- Handle both inbound and outbound communication.
- Understand and deliver on each customer’s needs.
- Learn our products deeply and share that knowledge.
- Adapt your approach to suit each customer’s personality.
What You Need
- Grade 12 or equivalent.
- Experience in Customer Service (Casino or iGaming experience is a bonus).
