About the Graduate Programme
The programme blends structured learning, mentorship and practical on-the-job exposure. Graduates will rotate across various business units, gaining insight into essential operational and governance processes. Key focus areas include sustainability planning, risk management, reporting, compliance, business administration and continuous improvement initiatives.
This rotation-based structure ensures graduates understand the inner workings of a major retail organisation and develop the competencies required for future leadership roles.
Key Responsibilities
- Support day-to-day departmental and operational activities
- Assist with compiling reports, conducting analysis and improving business processes
- Apply academic knowledge to real workplace tasks and retail challenges
- Participate in training, coaching and mentorship sessions
- Take part in scheduled performance reviews and personal development planning
- Provide administrative, compliance and governance support depending on the assigned discipline
Minimum Requirements
- A completed bachelor’s degree in one of the following fields:
- Occupational Health & Safety
- Business Administration
- Sustainability
- Environmental Studies
- No more than two years of work experience
- Availability to start 1 December 2025
- A valid driver’s licence (required for one of the available roles)
