Requirements
- Grade 12 qualification.
- No prior work experience required.
- Knowledge of basic work procedures, including cleaning equipment and maintaining a clean working environment.
- Skills required include basic numeracy and literacy, good communication, sound human relations, ability to perform routine tasks, and basic interpersonal skills.
- Ability to liaise effectively with stakeholders.
- Willingness to work under pressure and function well within a team.
- Must be prepared to rotate duties and work shifts.
- Must be physically fit and willing to perform physical labour.
- Employees are legally required to wear protective clothing at all times.
Duties and Responsibilities
- Cleaning of floors, doors, walls, windows, beds, bed lockers, steps, and other assigned areas.
- Performing all general indoor and outdoor cleaning duties.
- Operating cleaning equipment such as polishing machines.
- Using cleaning chemicals correctly and safely.
- Assisting with additional duties as assigned by supervisors.
