What You’ll Be Doing

  • Watch real-time alerts like speeding or harsh braking.
  • Take quick action based on company rules.
  • Spot trends in driver behaviour and flag any red flags.
  • Create and send out daily and weekly fleet reports.
  • Fix telematics issues like missing or incorrect GPS data.
  • Keep clear records of all alerts and how they were resolved.
  • Help launch driver coaching programs using insights.
  • Tackle extra tasks as assigned by your manager.

What You’ll Need

  • National Senior Certificate (Matric) or equivalent.

What You Should Bring

  • Sharp admin skills and neat documentation habits.
  • Excellent at juggling tasks and staying organised.
  • Strong speaking and writing abilities.
  • A knack for spotting problems and solving them.
  • Good with numbers, reports, and data analysis.
  • A high attention to detail — accuracy matters.
  • Able to work 12-hour shifts, both day and night.
  • Committed to following rules and staying compliant.
