JOB DESCRIPTION

Key Responsibilities:

  • Represent the brand positively while delivering an exceptional customer experience.
  • Identify customer needs and provide the most suitable solutions to exceed expectations.
  • Monitor individual sales performance and work towards achieving set targets.
  • Promote and sell a wide range of products, staying informed about current décor and fashion trends.
  • Proactively seek opportunities to generate new sales.
  • Assist with stock replenishment to ensure the store is fully prepared for customers at all times.

Qualifications & Experience:

  • Grade 12 (Matric)
