
Are you a young, motivated individual looking to gain valuable skills and start your professional journey? Our Youth Empowerment Programme (YEP) Learnership is designed to develop future talent and build a strong internal pipeline for junior-level roles in our organisation.
This 12-month learnership forms part of our young talent strategy and serves as a direct entry point into our YEP, with the potential for permanent employment upon successful completion—particularly for high-performing learners.

What the YEP Learnership Offers
- A 12-month fixed-term contract
- Monthly stipend and financial support for study-related costs
- A nationally recognised qualification:
Certificate in Wealth Management (NQF Level 4) - Practical workplace training and assessments
- Classroom-based learning sessions
- Continuous mentoring and coaching
- A completed Portfolio of Evidence (PoE) for submission to INSETA
Key Responsibilities
As a YEP learner, your duties will include:
- Gaining knowledge of our products, services, systems, and processes
- Attending scheduled training and workshops
- Completing all practical, on-site learning tasks
- Compiling and submitting a Portfolio of Evidence to INSETA
- Keeping workplace-based learning logbooks up to date
- Successfully completing formative and summative assessments
- Performing day-to-day tasks as outlined in your contract with your manager
Minimum Requirements
To qualify for the YEP Learnership, applicants must meet the following criteria:
- Be a South African citizen
- Be unemployed at the time of application
- Be between the ages of 18 and 35
- Have passed Grade 12 with a minimum of 50% in English and Maths/Maths Literacy/Accounting
- Must not hold any tertiary qualification
- Have proficient English communication skills (reading, writing, and speaking)
- Be willing to commit to the full 12-month learnership programme
- Have a clear criminal and credit record
- Have access to reliable transportation
