  2. Clubcard and Customer Engagement
    • Proactively promote and enroll customers in the Clicks Clubcard loyalty program.
    • Ensure clubcard participation targets are met and customers enjoy the benefits of the program.
    • Inform customers about current promotions and discounts to increase sales and brand loyalty.
  3. Customer Service Excellence
    • Deliver superior service as a brand ambassador by being visible, approachable, and friendly.
    • Handle customer queries professionally and ensure a pleasant shopping experience.

  4. Merchandising and Store Presentation
    • Maintain product displays and ensure shelves are well-stocked and neatly presented.
    • Adhere to store visual merchandising standards to create an inviting shopping environment.

  5. Product Knowledge and Promotions
    • Stay up to date with information about products, promotions, and store events.
